Are they real pearls?
All Stelarz Atelier products containing pearls are genuine freshwater cultured pearls. Does that mean they won’t deteriorate? No, freshwater pearls can deteriorate if they aren’t properly cared for, since they aren’t made of plastic.

Do my products have a warranty?
Yes! At Stelarz Atelier, we are so confident in the quality and durability of our products that we offer up to a 30-day warranty on all products, provided they have not been intentionally damaged or damaged as a result of failing to follow the care instructions listed on each product page.
When will I receive my order?
Our order processing times are between 1 and 7 business days. Once shipped, orders will be delivered within 24–48 hours in mainland Spain and Portugal. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Visit our shipping policy for more information.
What are the products made of?
All stelarz atelier products are made of high-quality stainless steel, and some are plated with 16/18k gold. You can see whether they are gold-plated or whether they should not be exposed to water in each product’s description and details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs to the Iberian Peninsula are EUR 4.95. For orders outside the Iberian Peninsula or international orders, please consult the shipping policy page. Stelarz Atelier is not responsible for any import or customs costs in the destination country, should they apply.
