Are they real pearls?
All Stelarz Atelier products containing pearls are real, freshwater cultured pearls. Does that mean they won't get damaged? No, freshwater pearls can get damaged if not properly cared for, as they are not made of plastic.
What is your return policy?

Do my products have a warranty?
Yes! At Stelarz Atelier, we are so confident in the quality and durability of our products that we offer a 30-day warranty on all products, provided they are not intentionally damaged or mistreated by not following the care instructions mentioned on each product's page.
When will I receive my order?

What are the products made of?
All stelarz atelier products are made of high-quality stainless steel, and some of them are 16/18k gold-plated. You can see whether they are gold-plated or if it is recommended not to get them wet in the description and details of each product.
How much is shipping?
The shipping cost for the Iberian Peninsula is 3.99EUR, for the Canary Islands and international destinations it is 12.99EUR. Stelarz Atelier is not responsible for any import or customs costs of the destination country.
